In 90 minutes, we build one working helper for the task that keeps eating your time.
It starts with a 30-minute setup call, where we pick the task. Then I come to your office and we build the fix together: an AI helper, tuned to your work and tested on something real before we’re done. The session ends with something you can use that afternoon.

We write the rules
The 90-minute build session starts here. We work out what its job is and what it should sound like. I’ll help you decide what the helper should never do on its own and what to hand back for your review. You stay in control of the parts that matter.

We give it a memory
A light interview about who you are and where your work stands becomes a set of files with a running history, so the helper knows your situation when you come back to it.

You test it live
You run it on a sample from your own work before we close, and we make any adjustments needed to get everything working properly.
I’ve run this format before, with the design leadership of a national home-services marketplace: five people, five working assistants, each built and tested live inside a single hour. Your session spends the full 90 minutes on one task.
Questions people ask first
Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
No. An app or a raw chatbot enforces its own workflow and forgets you between sessions. This is built around your task, your voice, and your trust boundaries, and it remembers your context over time. The value is in the setup and the instructions we give it, not the underlying model.
What if my task is too specific or too small?
Specific is the point. The whole session is scoped to one piece of your work. If it’s a task you do the same way repeatedly, it’s a good fit.
Do I need to prepare anything?
When you book, we’ll focus on one question: what’s the main task slowing you down? Bring a couple of past examples of that work to the build session if you have them.
What do I need to run it?
A subscription to Anthropic’s Claude service and Claude Desktop, currently from $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, not to Kuriri. That’s the ongoing cost of the helper.
If you don’t use Claude yet, no worries: getting you set up is part of the setup call. Use another LLM service? We can usually adapt the build. Just mention it on the call.
What happens after the session?
You keep the helper and it keeps working. When Kuriri ran this format for a group at a national home-services marketplace, one participant was still using hers weeks later. If the session surfaces friction that’s bigger than one task, we’ll talk about Discovery.
Is it really in person?
Yes. The setup call is remote, but the build itself is a 90-minute in-person session. I’m based in Kailua and come to your office, anywhere on Oʻahu. Building it beside you is part of why you trust it by the end.

Free rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice. The $250 is non-refundable, and covers one reschedule inside 48 hours. You’ll need a paid Claude plan to run what we build — if you don’t have one yet, we’ll set it up together on the call.
