Systems before software
It starts with one fix.
The First Build shows you how I work in 90 minutes. Discovery is where I map your whole operation: what’s slowing things down and how to fix it. Implementation is where we build the fix and get folks to use it.
See the work first
Most software companies want you to buy their product and fit your business into it. Kuriri works the other way around: understand how your business runs first, then build only what fits. We can work together for an afternoon before committing to anything bigger.
1 · The First Build
$250 · a setup call, then 90 minutes in person. One working AI helper, built together, in person.
2 · Discovery
From $2,000. Together we map how the business runs and find what’s holding it back.
3 · Implementation
Kuriri builds what the Discovery map showed was needed, priced to the value it creates.
What Discovery is
Discovery isn’t a questionnaire. You already know your business. My job is to learn it: talking with your team, watching how the work gets done, tracing it end to end. What comes out is an operating map: the system you actually run on, drawn so everyone can see it — where it stalls, and where the biggest gains could be. You can act on it alone or implement improvements with me.

I learn how the work moves
You and your team already know where it catches; that knowledge is the raw material. I trace it end to end: the handoffs, the workarounds, the private spreadsheet that keeps the real system running.
-
The map is a mirror
I draw what I find into an operating map and walk through it with you and your team: where the friction is, what it costs you, and what to fix first. These are the kind of maps I learned to build for complex operations at Meta and Salesforce, done at the scale of your business.
-
You get the right fix, honestly
Sometimes it’s custom software. Sometimes it’s an off-the-shelf tool, a simpler process, or nothing new at all. I don’t earn more by recommending more software, so if the answer is to keep what you’ve got, that’s what you’ll hear.

Priced to fit your business
A two-person shop and a forty-person one aren’t the same type of company. Pricing is based on the size and complexity of your business, starting from $2,000. Each engagement varies in length, and includes time for interviews with your team, business observation, and building the operating map.
In our discussions, Tash would first make a skeleton of the process frame we needed and flag the key questions. At the end, I always took a photo of the wall — it held the most structured, informative record of what we’d just worked through.

How implementation works
Implementation starts where Discovery ends. The map leaves you with a list of fixes and what each one is worth to your business. You can choose which to tackle on your own, and which make sense to build with Kuriri.
Scoped from the map
Every project is bounded: a clear fix and finish line, with an end date.
The right form
Custom software, an off-the-shelf tool set up properly, or a simpler process, based on the needs of your business.
Priced to value
Discovery puts a number on each fix: the hours it eats, the jobs it delays, what that costs you in a year. Implementation pricing starts from that number, and we agree on it before anything gets built. A fixed price, not hourly.
